Thank you ADD for supporting it! Really glad you enjoyed the reaction. It's definitely a unique story, if a bit difficult to watch at times. I enjoy watching stuff like this, but only if it's on rare occasion. I don't think my heart can handle more than one of these back to back. Will definitely make sure to show George all the different ways animes can tell stories!

2025-11-21 11:11:08 +0000 UTCI love Takopi’s Original Sin so much. I could talk for hours about its depictions on trauma. It’s also the thing to make me choose to become a therapist/psychologist. I’ve been working since I graduated to save to go to college but I was still deciding between Psychology and Education. Last year my mom went through a mental breakdown and I had no idea what I was supposed to do. She’s better now by the way. It was actually Takopi himself that I related to when watching this. Wanting so desperately to do good but not knowing how to. It resonated with me and was the final push for me to choose psychology. So that next time I can help out others and those around me through their problems.

And also told the story it wanted and ended. We didn't get 4 seasons of this, if you know what I mean. Glad we got to show George more of the variety of shows in the medium coming from Japan.
