Since Emilia's father is an elf her mother must be a human and there are only 2 (adult) humans among the 7 Witches of Sin, Minerva and Echidna. So if Emilia really is the daughter of one of the 7 witches then we've already narrowed down the candidates quite severely.

Considering Satella isn't actually evil then even if Emilia is her it wouldn't be justified to be racist.

Ok, little bit of clarification on episode 16: To transform into a beast, Garf and Fred need Mana. The crystals are pure mana thus they can give them extra energy to use when transforming. Puck, who also needs mana without Emilia, used Frederikas crystal as powersupply and when brought into contact with Garf absorbed his mana which let to garfs transformation bto break down. The term witch til now is nearly exclusively used for the witches of sin. But the title itself is just for females that did simething terrible. Emilia claimed the title of frozen witch in frozen bonds (the movie) to scare of the villagers and now that she is full of confidence claims it for herself. She pretty much owned up to all the prejudice by saying fine I am a witch but I am not gonna be the one you want me to be. About the witches daughter thing: It was said in episode 17 that emilia has her fathers hair not her mothers thus she cant be Satellas daughter. While that still leaves Emilia herself open for being the witch but I would honestly really dislike it. If Emilia is the WoE than all the racism and discrimination against her was entirely justified which would be really weird as a massage.

To George's point about doors and dimensions: I like this theory because there's precedent for it within Re:Zero already (Castle of Dreams, Betty's Library), and it's represented in a bunch of other things like Honkai calls it a Closed Space, various fantasy stories call it a Domain, and a lot of elements of rezero worldbuilding remind me of The Dark Tower books sometimes, which also has doors as gateways

Mother Fortuna more like MOMMY FORTUNA gat dang

Slight correction: when it was stated that Satella's body is in the shape of a half-elf with silver hair it never said anything about her becoming that after being sealed, rather implying that's what she always was, there was no "now" involved. Just hope you don't overlook any huge reveals or hints because they don't fit into the theorycrafting ^^

So Emilia's father is an elf with silver hair and purple eyes. And since Emilia is a half-elf than the implication here is that her mom is full human. But still, Echidna calls her a witch's daughter... This ep kills some theories, I think if Envy has a connection to Emilia it is not a parent/child one but something different

Why the crystal stabbing worked? Essentially Puck drained Garfiel's mana when the crystal came into contact with him, that's why he was super weak and tired afterwards. You overcooked the food a bit here :D But things probably got clearer after the cut content livestream. But to give more details: Frozen Witch or Witch of Glaciation (as in the novel) was what the villagers in the Frozen Bond OVA were calling Emilia. Obviously they called her like that because of her resembling the Witch of Envy. A bit of cut content from ep 14: when Emilia told Subaru about her being frozen, he deducted that she got frozen ~100 years ago, while Satella was sealed 400 years ago. We don't know if the timing is accurate, but it has to be somewhere within the last 400 years given the facts, such as that Petelgeuse lived to see Satella get sealed, which prompted the creation of the Witch Cult, and we see Regulus being a sin archbishop already after. So Emilia got frozen around 7 y.o., spent ~100 years frozen during which her body was still slowly growing, and then 7 more years passed after Puck unfroze her, which would make her mental age at around 14, whereas physically she is ~19. About the seal: it's not actually ice around it, it's devoid of color, as if something outside of this realm.

The Frozen Witch references the 2nd movie. You should know it's just something she's been called by the villagers when she lived in Elior Forest alone, because that's how they saw her. That doesn't necessarily mean she's an actual witch similar to the witches of sin. She mentions it here maybe because it symbolizes how she's ready to confront her past and not running away anymore, as being compared to a witch is what hurt her the most as seen in the movie. And regarding the name being "capitalized", remember this is an English translation and it takes a lot of liberty and sometimes it's outright wrong. There's no capitalization in Japanese. So take translations with a grain of salt (including "*representing* Greed", which isn't an accurate translation either). Echidna said "It seems he's here." when Regulus arrived, it was yet another bad translation. She was expecting him because that's not her first time seeing Emilia's trial. You also seem to be confused about the witches and the archbishops, but we already know there's no direct connection between them, and there's no reason Echidna would know Regulus. The witches were killed by Envy 400 years ago before she was sealed, and the witch cult was only created after that. One last nice detail to add that's hard to pick up on in the anime is that everything around the seal was not actually frozen, but discolored.
