Yes, Rainbow Dark Dragon and the Advanced Dark Crystals are real cards. Rainbow Dark Dragon came out in the 2nd to last GX booster pack with the Yubel cards and other dark versions of previous monster cards like Dark Armed Dragon, an insane meta card back then. The Dark Crystals were released a couple years back. Btw, Rainbow Dark Dragon's irl effects have nothing to do with the Crystal Beasts. You summon it by banishing 7 DARK monsters with different names from your GY. By banishing all other DARK monsters from your field and GY, it gains 500 ATK for each card.
