Fair, I can understand angelic steel being able to kill him but I just think it's kinda cheap that it can outright negate the power of someone like Lucifer as he's usually depicted as the second most powerful being ever behind God. Even in his own song he basically says he's "nearly a God" compared to Overlords

2025-12-27 11:28:10 +0000 UTCThe angelic steel seems to affect all angelic beings, which Lucifer is, albeit, we've never had a clear explanation regarding that. With the overlords, it seems like Adam's army didn't really bother or try with them since they can at least defend themselves even if they can't kill angels. Granted, Carmine did get caught in the last extermination which lead to her killing an angel and maybe overlords did die in the 7 years this happened. However, like a lot of question in Hazbin, you have to make assumptions.
