Is honestly tiring at times.

Be sexy but not slutty. Like a sexy nonslut robot of some kind. Cause anything else isn’t wifey. And who determines that, well whoever the current person your talking to is.

Have the answers but not too many answers or your stepping on toes.

Be wifey. Be mommy. But keep the model body party girl alive enough to still be wanted around.

Be happy and peaceful. Be everyone’s BFF. Don’t let your emotions run you. Keep the presentation up. But still be yourself of course cause who likes a fake girl. So only fake to the degree that you can keep the presentation up without letting on that it’s a presentation.

And the more I think about it, the more I find that we are a lot like…

Men.

Men be strong and carry the burden of leadership while holding the room, yourself, and your household. But it’s hot to show emotion so do it non emotionally and emotionally at the same time. Just not too emotionally or it’s also not hot anymore.

Be the funny best friend but don’t be too funny otherwise you’re just being flirty and trying to get someone’s attention.

And who determines that? The person that happens to be across from you and thinks it’s too much or too little.

Be hard working and gain wealth and a six pack, but also don’t work too hard cause then your absent from the home and are a bad husband and father.

When your sexy, only do it in extremely specific ways or it comes off like a douche or an @ss hole.

Prove you can get women but also don’t ever get women or your not marriage material.

Kind of like…

Women.

It’s possible that maybe our differences are far more similar than we think.

And maybe we should stop being in opposition and realize that we are all human. We all need each other. We all struggle. We all have wins.

And the greatest win of all is when we do it together.
