12月からのFANBOXの掲載について ...

支援者の皆さん、フォロワーの皆さん、くりじょのFANBOXをいつもご覧頂き、ありがとうございます。

FANBOXを開設してから4年ほど経過しましたが、くりじょの作品も、オールR-18Gグレードで700タイトルほどアップしました。後に述べる、12月15日からのFANBOXの規約改定に絡む問題もあり、下記のように対応させていただくことになりましたのでご理解のほどよろしくお願いします。

①　現在、3ヶ月を経過した作品は、バックナンバー扱いとして一律1500円で見れるようにしてきたのですが、作品の管理も大変になってきましたので2年経過し3年目を迎えた作品は随時削除させていただこととします。お気に入りの作品は、リニューアルして再アップロードしたり別サイト再販することを考えています。バックナンバープランで支援していただく方の公平性を保ちます。

②　FANBOXの規約改定で、

国際カードブランド等の規約における、下記を含むコンテンツや商品の取引が禁止されているとのことです。

1．児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

2．近親相姦

3．獣姦

4．レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)　

5．人または体の非合法的な切断

など公序良俗に反する行為。

くりじょのFANBOXでは、5.の描写が多く含んでいることもあり、該当の作品については非公開の措置に図ろうかと考えております。

つきましては、下記のスケジュールで、①作品発表後2年経過の3年目を迎える作品の削除、②人または体の非合法的な切断描写の作品の非公開化をお知らせします。PIXIVガイドラインよる切断面を精細に描写した作品がメインとなるかと思います。映画・テレビなどの習作物などがどうかなど不明点が多いのですが、ひとまず非公開化いたします。

①　2020年11月までの作品の削除：11月28日開始〜12月2日削除完了

②　該当作品の非公開化：11月下旬の規約を確認してから検討します。

※これに伴い、公開作品が減ります。

※②につきましては、PIXIV本部からご指導いただいた場合、非公開作品は増える場合があります。

プラン（Basic、Back Number 各コース）に変更はありません。ただ閲覧できる作品が減ってしまうので何らかの救済措置や別サイトの移転も考えてみます。

Due to the issues related to the revision of the FANBOX rules that will be described later on December 15th, we have decided to respond as follows. Thank you for your understanding.

① Currently, works that have passed 3 months have been treated as back numbers and can be viewed for a uniform price of 1500 yen, but it has become difficult to manage works, so works that have passed 2 years and are now in their 3rd year will be deleted at any time. Favorite works may be renewed and re-uploaded. We will maintain the fairness of those who support us with the back number plan.

② With the revision of the FANBOX rules,

According to the rules of international card brands, etc., transactions of contents and products that include the following are prohibited.

1. child pornography or child abuse

2. incest

3. bestiality

4. Rape (sexual act without consent)　

5. Illegal mutilation of a person or body

Acts that violate public order and morals.

In Kurijo's FANBOX, there are many depictions of No.5, so I'm thinking about taking measures to keep this work private.

Therefore, according to the schedule below, we will inform you of (1) the deletion of works that have been released for the third year after two years have passed, and (2) the non-publication of works that depict illegal cuts of people or bodies. I think that the main work will be a detailed depiction of the cut surface according to the PIXIV guidelines. There are many unknown points, such as whether or not there will be study materials such as movies and TV, but for the time being, we will make it private.

(1) Deletion of works up to November 2020: Start from November 28th to completion of deletion on December 2nd

(2) Unpublishing of relevant works: December 3rd start - December 7th completion

*As a result, the number of published works will be significantly reduced.

*Regarding ②, the number of unpublished works may increase if we receive guidance from PIXIV Headquarters.

There is no change in the plan (Basic, Back Number courses).
