4.1 Progress things

(excuse the purple boobs there was a vaporeon NPC that really wanted to be tits)
Firstly, we have a little simple customization menu that works for any species, just customizes whatever you are currently, if you use a pre-4.0/OSB character using this will end up randomizing you on first use due to the fact that the NPC/Player data wouldn't have preserved what index was chosen for each choice until a choice is made, and or if you installed any mods that change what customization options there are, then the saved indexes might also be wrong
We also have progress being made on the tailmaw which will have different options for the head, its just red right now until I set up the replace colors for species
There's also been some work towards compartmentalizing the mod into specific content packs so that the core mod only contains what is required for it to function
