As you can also see, that is a public link again, I would hope people don't vanish from keeping me alive with money, but I am giving it another shot y'all don't ruin it.

Y'all can probably read some on the post itself, but more insight here as to why this is 4.0 and not 3.2 now, as I of course, got ahead of myself and went and stared re-doing SBQ engine features on a fork of OpenStarbound and then for so fixated on doing that its basically ready now, a number of these things have been contributed to the main OSB as well as I have been actively contributing to it, I'd say go check it out but maybe not say you came there because fetish mod, please.
