How to install the patch:
PC:
Copy the "game" folder from the archive to the game root directory and replace the files.
MAC:
Copy the "game" folder from the archive to the game root directory (Contents/Resources/autorun) and replace the files.
Changelog (in addition to the Basic content):
- 1 scene with Roxy and 1 scene with Carol
- + 61 renders, 3 animations and 6 PVU Lewd pics

I really enjoyed this episode, Carol and Roxy are my favorite girls, I'm really enjoying the arcs their characters are going through. Really hoping that a throuple arc could be in the cards between those two and the MC. Although it appears that the most likely outcome for Carol is either a solo relationship with the MC, she chooses Yuki over the MC, or a throuple between the three. Still, it would be hot to see Carol and Roxy together. Great job dream.
