It's the SECRET edition of Version 0.21.2 - Check out these changes:
Secret Stadium: A place where you can take on a challenge to defeat multiple enemies in a row to win prizes - You can select to have the Custom enemy to show up here
Charge Stone: A new Special Item that lets you store Muscle that can be added back later
New descriptions for lifting weights
Creatine is more expensive, but its effects last for multiple days
The Komodo’s muscle gains each night are lower but giving him creatine has a greater effect
The Kobold can be given Creatine while he’s going out with the Komodo. This will increase the rate that he grows as well as the max size he will eventually reach.
When nothing happens to you while sleeping, you get a message saying so rather than a blank screen
2 Kobold Page pictures that are unlocked after the Kobold and Komodo are in a relationship for long enough
Defeating the Alligator Pirate by making him too fat will show a picture on the end screen.
