It's the Patreon edition of Version 0.20 - the introduction of the second Patreon Poll enemy! Check out these changes:
New Fallen Cleric enemy - he gets bigger the more you cum so you have to resist his charms! Having low arousal, using any libido-lowering items, or meditating at the temple can help you with this. On certain days the Cleric will be stronger than normal and he’ll drain your size - this persists out of battle and you can only get your stats back by defeating him or waiting a week. (Find him inside of the castle - the same place where you find the Rogue!)
In the Custom Enemy Maker, you can now add talking options to your enemy.
If the player has previously been ambushed by the rival and chosen to let them take as much as they like, this increases the likelihood of future ambushes (even if the rival is substantially ahead of the player)
The Cursed Book Vol 2 now allows the Cobra to invoke 2 curses at a time.

There's a book you get from the temple if you go there late in the day. If you spend time reading it in the closet something will happen
