Hip Flexors etc, Automated

The hip muscles encompass many muscles of the hip and thigh whose main function is to act on the thigh at the hip joint and stabilize the pelvis. Without them, walking would be impossible. Hi I am new here and very new to this type of healing. When you say use 2-3 times, does that mean you only need to do that and it will be fixed/have worked? Or is it something like 2-3 times per session/day or something. Im sorry if this is a silly question.
