Thank you so much. I requested a updated version on YouTube today and that was super fast. I have really intense m.e and this has really helped my drainage system . I still need to do another drainage technique called the perrin technique. Both together keeping my drainage system ticking. This has really helped my nasal drainage and the intense anxiety m.e causes. The cranial rhythm is much better as well. Almost Like I'm back to normal. Thank you so much.
