At one time only a handful of specimens were known to exist. Recently more material has been discovered, though taaffeite continues to be very rare.
Some of the energetic properties are
It has been described to put you into a state of luck or a turn around of bad luck
and it enhances charm.
But since it is rare, it would be really up to you to discover what awaits.
