BTW I'm sure this is probably highly historically inaccurate :)

It's a good approximation of a Mediterranean (Greek) skin tone, as far as I can tell - and Cleopatra *had* at least two children that I'm aware of: Caesarion (just *guess* who his father was) and her daughter, Cleopatra Selene.
