2025-05-25 06:17:09 +0000 UTCBTW Flex rewatch the first episode of season 1 and focus on the type of ritual happening and the thoughts that went through his head right before he died. I just thought about how the ritual was probably to grant peoples wishes if they prove their faith and there is no better way to prove your faith than to literally die for the cause and maybe the wish that was granted was the result of his final thoughts. IDK it literally blew my mind when I saw it that way as I rewatched it. Like literally “the system is trying to keep me alive” and his final thoughts was “I don’t wanna die” and how when he became a necromancer it sort of implied he wanted to become stronger in a selfish way and the bitter thoughts he had right before. IDK just rewatch it seeing it like a demonic ritual that could have gone ok but because the others left he was about to die until the timer ran out 0.02 seconds before his heart stopped and the demonic god in charge of the ritual rewarded the person who literally made the ultimate sacrifice

He wants to show her a dangerous dungeon so she gets scared back to school, essentially. He didn’t expect the red gate, though. Sorry if you’ve been told this before. I started to look at the other comments and noticed the phrase, “In the manwa…” so I stopped reading for fear of spoilers.

However he didn't want to take the authoritarian approach but rather chose to show Song-Yi the horrors a of dungeon with the goal of helping her realize for herself how dangerous it would be for her as an E-rank hunter.

Hunter Park was part of the White Tiger guild rescue team for the double dungeon and she was with the other 2 talking over coffee about how there are no laws in the dungeons. And the tank dude is seen in the gym when the boss was training. cool details
