Dandadan is quickly shooting up my personal favourite anime list :D Also, and I don't know if I'm right, but it seems to me the Turbo Granny wasn't the villain here. The way I understand it is because this tunnel was infamous for girls being violated and murdered by some men, it spawned a location spirit in the form of a crab, that was the collected souls of the murdered girls. Turbo Granny wanted to protect any girl that went into that tunnel by taking away mens' weenies, so they couldn't violate any more girls. Unfortunately, because she was indiscriminate in her protection, she was actually hurting innocent people, so she was targeted for a hunt by the spirit hunters. Okarun and Momo managed to lure the location spirit/crab (the collected souls of the poor girls) to where it could be safely dispatched to the other side, and at the same time lured out Turbo Granny for extermination by our favourite hot Obaa-san. I might be getting some of this wrong, but that's how I understand it.
