2025-03-22 10:59:06 +0000 UTCNo my guy, I'm talking about when a character shows up in an episode for the first time, there is a little description next to them saying their name and their power, if there are three people showing up in a scene for the first time it might show three little descriptions next to them which piles in the visual clutter, especially with subtitles on. I'm not talking about the character breakdowns going into and out of commercials. Check the 3:53 mark in this video, top left and bottom middle, that's what I'm talking about, at a certain point in the series they started always doing that even for well established characters.
