Yeah that's one of the things Kishimoto could've done better. He is definitely stronger after the time skip but it doesn't feel that way unfortunately.

2025-10-12 03:37:46 +0000 UTCThe growth for naruto isn't really apparent in the timeskip except for 'bigger rasengan' and 'willingly enter enter nine tails state except lose control '. I will grant however that he is now keeping up with jounin level when you consider the performance of him and sakura against kakashi who is one of the best jounin in the village.

2025-08-12 14:08:40 +0000 UTCBlue Bird is such an icon, remember when it came out it was just everywhere :) that was quite an intense start with the nightmare :D Sai is becoming a fan favorite, he is a very fun and interesting addition, stole the show here xD really like this training they are doing its pretty creative :) the whole elemental thing is kinda obvious but guess Naruto himself never really gave it a thought :D nice to be getting extra depth to things :) getting more on Asuma and Team 10 is amazing too :)

2024-07-20 04:28:38 +0000 UTCGo back and rewatch the 3rds funeral. Asuma is front and center, and pensive. If you watch everything really carefully they drop a lot of not so subtle hints. And he has a brother, who is Anbu, and who is never seen or mentioned really. A fan theory supposes that the Anbu guy in white during konoha crush is possibly his son, which is why he's so incredibly invested. But I actually like how they don't make a big deal about Asuma's relationship with the 3rd. They don't hide it, but they never directly draw your attention to it. Like his last name is Sarutobi, just like the 3rd and konohamaru. Its right there from his first introduction, but you have to be able to put it together.
