It’s a special episode made exclusively for the adaptation of the Mugen Train arc into a full season that separates the movie into 7 episodes (I think, haha) !!! And only after watching the movie, you will understand why you should have watched it afterwards.

It was released after the movie for a specific reason which in my opinion is because this episode hits so much better AFTER having watched the movie lol but that’s it really, it works either way

The Mugen Train movie encompasses episodes 2-7 of season two (or 28-33). Ideally you'd watch this episode, the movie, then jump to episode 8 (or 34) of season two
