今後、前月に描いた健全絵の高解像度・ノイズなし版を纏めて投稿しようと思います。

スケベ絵をメインにしたいと思って運営していますが、元気で活発に動く子が自由を奪われて自分の意志で身動きできなくなる、という自らの好みを満たすために自分で絵を描いているので、健全なシーンの描写も欠かせないのです。

見て支援して下さっている方にも、スケベ絵のファンと同時に、健全絵が好きという方も居てくれたらいいなあという思いも有ります。

なので、一覧からスケベ絵のストーリーを探すために投稿数は抑えつつ健全絵を1投稿にまとめる事としました。

もう一つ、生成AIの登場によりweb上で公開された画像が見境なく収集され、オリジナルの作者への対価の支払いなく、機械学習という営利行為に使用されています。

日本政府の動きも、文化庁のパブリックコメント（意見公募）に関して、「現行の著作権法において、作品の権利者が機械学習への使用にNOと言うことができない」という意見に関して

「著作権者が反対の意思を示していること自体をもって、権利制限規定の対象から除外されると解釈することは困難としつつ、他方で、

AI学習のための複製等を防止する為の技術的な措置をとることは自由に可能である」

というのが日本政府の見解です。

なので、一人の落書きマンが取れる対策として、画質が悪くなり効果は不明な事を承知の上で、発表する絵にはAI対策ノイズを入れざるを得なくなりました。

以上の経緯があって、昨年末に牛丼プランを550円に改定した上でAI対策ノイズ無し版をこのプランで投稿することと決めましたので、ご理解と変わらないご支援を頂けると幸いです。
