Return of the Patron Poll

I think these work best when we break it down from two separate polls. First one being general themes, and the second focusing in on the kinky. Seems to work good, anyway. *shrug*
Poll is multiple choice so whatever strikes your fancy. I'll end this in a week and build the follow-up right away.
