I think it was in a rare commentary of this episode on a DVD I had, if I'm remembering correctly. It's been a while since I've listened to that commentary though. Peter mistakes the fatty corpuscle line with Fatty Arbuckle's name, so he thinks the doctor is talking about Arbuckle. It would also make sense since Fatty Arbuckle was the only silent movie star in the 20s (that I know of) known as Fatty.
