Work Selfie
Added 2021-12-22 15:26:11 +0000 UTCItβs been forever! My mom gifted me my Christmas present early; I got the new iPhone 13 pro. Sometimes the camera is too good and shows every pore, crease, and any sign of tiredness. This phone has double the storage though! ππΌ
I accidentally gave too much of my availability to work this month. Iβve been working 6 days a week!! And working in downtown is hard when you donβt actually live in downtown; I wake up at 5:30am to get ready and leave early enough. I have good energy at work, but I fade pretty quickly in the evenings. I donβt have time for life. This isnβt a permanent job. Well, Iβm their permanent temp, but Iβm not committed to full time. This place pays good, and I need the money. I donβt have an end date, but I bet it will be sometime in January.
The Omicorn variant scares me even though Iβm triple vaxxed because the data shows so many break through cases. Iβm very torn with how to celebrate the holidays. My mom is on vacation, so Iβve been focusing on her. I am not in the mood for health complications.
Overall, Iβm happy. I like working, being busy, talking to people, etc. Thank you for supporting me through everything. And thanks for actually hanging with me in the DMs. I feel so grateful. π
