This is the official and final release for 1.49 version, compatible to Kansas DLC, although Kansas DLC NOT needed.

Install. Place all files into your mod folder, located at your documents/American Truck Simulator/mod, all the files should be .scs

In-game, goto to "Mod Manager" and follow the next load order;

LOAD ORDER in mod manager;

-Reforma Sierra Nevada Legacy 2.6.4.149
-Reforma Noreste 2.6.149
-Reforma Pacifico 1.9.149
-Reforma Los Altos 2.7.149
-Reforma 2.6.4.149
-Mega Resources 2.6.4.149

Remove any older files I have provided here and use only the files listed here in the download section. PLEASE, don't share it with anyone else or any other site, keep it to yourself, please be honest, being honest is another key to keeping the project going and growing (as well as more motivation), the files are open for you to modify or do whatever you wish to do.
