Love Hearing Your thoughts on the show Kaiser! Personality wise This is one of my favorites interpretation of a Young Superman, HES JUST SO DARN CUTE! In his just day to day and tries so hard to do what's right. The show is very much lacking a good true villain to pull things together. One thing I am Apprehensive about is them jumping the gun on things like darkseid and new gods, since they love to add new gods

2024-02-26 16:17:56 +0000 UTC(Kaiser here!) And see, I think it would've worked in that regard for ME if they'd made him a little less EXTRA about it. Also, even if this is for people who love Superman, it's hard early on to be 100% sure if he's talking about lore, or talking about nonsense.

2024-02-26 00:31:39 +0000 UTCThe only reason Jimmy's Conspiracy Theorist gimmick worked for me was because I recognized that 90% of the things he mentioned were nods to the wackier parts of DC. Jimmy suggesting that there's a community of super intelligent gorillas sounds goofy... but you know he's right.

2024-02-26 00:03:33 +0000 UTCI really loved how My Adventures with Superman went back to the optimistic tone of classic Superman. It captured how Clark is a good person willing to put himself in danger to help others. I'm also impressed with the direction of how Lois and Jimmy figure out Clark's secret: one took a big risk while the other knew but recognized that Clark should tell it when he was ready. I'll close off by saying the Bulletproof line from episode 6 is what Superman is!

As it was originally meant to be aired on Cartoon Network, was going to get cancelled and AdultSwim stepped in to save it.
