I’d also like to add a new TV program where Key is the main host (together with Lee Chang Sub, with SNSD’s Hyoyeon appearing as a guest in the early episodes) — Salon de Idol (2025). It’s a talk show where senior and junior idols debate trivial and sometimes silly topics 😄 The show has already finished airing and consists of 12 episodes in total. Some notable artists featured include Soyou (ex-SISTAR), Nicole (ex-KARA), NMIXX’s Lily and Haewon, VIVIZ, Apink’s Chorong and Bomi, Jeon Somi, and more. In korea people who don't follow kpop know him better than Taemin for instance. He is a regular cast on a bunch of varieties. "Amazing saturday" being the most prominent one. But also " I live alone"( i believe you guys watched yhe minho/key drunk cuts from one episode). Amazing saturday is actually so fun. However one needs to understand the concept first. I do recommend to watch it guys! Taeyeon is also a regular and every episode there are other kpop artist or actors as guests. It is a write and guess the songs lyric type of game show. Also key is very intelligent and frankly clever, he is known for his photographic memory, which is why he remembers every kpop dance just by watching it once.

2025-11-15 12:23:29 +0000 UTCThe reason the idols don't get to hang out backstage anymore is because of restrictions. These days they aren't allowed to just hang out between takes or performances. Therefore the later generation idols have a harder time bonding with other colleagues. Back then they were very much hanging out and meeting up in private, boy bands and girl bands all together. Playing games or drinking. Today rumours will spread immediately. That's why you only see older groups being real friends. Especially girls and boys. It is very sad. I think KEY said it a lot in interviews, how he wishes those times would come back.
