SPECIAL NOTE: I’m aware of the ongoing problem members are having signing into the Patreon areas of the Evil Inc website. I’ve been troubleshooting on my site, escalating support tickets with Patreon, and even getting my web host involved in trying to identify the problem. I’m very frustrated that we haven’t been able to solve this problem yet, but I’m going to keep after them until we have a solution. When that happens, I’ll be sure to make an announcement. In the meantime, here’s an alternate way to access your Patreon rewards!
How to get your reward
If you log into Patreon, you should see a little word-balloon icon when you sign in to Patreon.
On a desktop computer, it should appear along the top (as shown above)
If you, too, are a Patreon creator, you'll see it in your dashboard along the left-hand corner of your screen
On the Patreon app, you'll see the word-balloon icon along the bottom of your screen
It should indicate you have a new message! That message will contain all of your Dropbox links for this month. If you enabled e-mail notifications from Patreon, you will receive an e-mail as well! I strongly recommend this!
“Hey! I didn't get a message!”
That happens sometimes — especially if your card was declined or if a payment hasn't gone through yet. If that happens to you, simply update your card info, complete the payment and get in touch with me. I'll happily send you the links at that time!
