There’s a lot of fun stuff happening for Team Evil Inc these days! At the very top of the list is… free drinks! See… my friend Dave Kellett thought he had a pretty clever idea. He told me he’d buy me a whiskey sour at this year’s Reuben Awards for every pledge I sent his way for his new Kickstarter, Anatomy of Dogs. He set up a special tracking link and everything.

He had no idea how much I love a good whiskey sour. (And he has no CLUE how much I enjoy a free one.) So far, he owes me five. But that’s just a Friday night. This is a three-day event. So here’s your chance to get a great book and teach my liver who’s the boss.

The villains of Evil Inc suspect someone from the Fairmount branch is leaking information to the heroes of Justice Ltd — and the new manager, Cassie Cruz, is the top suspect! Cassie needs to keep her job so her mom, a mind-controlling supervillain with dementia, can continue to stay at an Evil Inc-funded nursing home. But the assassination attempts have already begun.

In a few days, we’ll turn to another story unraveling in the Evil Inc office. Angus and Lightning Lady have been taking things slow — painfully slow.

Currently, Angus is working as a henchman and is required to work a lot of overtime. So imagine his surprise when Lightning Lady shows up at his job, ready to take their relationship further — much further!
