Incidentally, Dave is the co-creator of an amazing documentary about the early 00s — when young upstarts like he and I found ourselves in conflict with syndicated cartoonists who saw webcomics as a threat to their very existence! It's called Stripped, and if you watch closely, you'll even see a young Brad Guigar waxing poetic about his favorite topic.
