Short Update

Hello hello! Sorry for not being as productive as usual. I was fortunately able to make it to the second round of coding interviews for a job I really want, and my next interview is October 5th! I've been studying for that while also working with the artists and sound folk to pile up a bunch of assets for me to implement once I'm free.

Going forward, I'm hoping I can provide side quests that are more fun to read. I'm trying to get better at writing side quests for Queen's Brothel because it will help me with any other games going forward. The most important part of writing stories that involve sex is that you have to balance why the characters are having sex with what they want to achieve. There are too many adult game devs who create characters and immediately start having sex. Maybe it's as simple as a mom and step-son situation, and the mom is half naked one day. Those type of stories seem so boring and bland. 

I'm not a writing genius, but I'd like to let you guys know that I'm trying my best to push the adult game meta. For Queen's Brothel, we have 6 girls that need to be defined more in their side quests. The main quest is too catered towards Nigel's antics and Queen's desire for more clients. 

Queen's Brothel has always had freeuse as the main fetish for the game, and I'm leaving a short description below of what each character represents. If any of you felt differently about the girls, let me know! Because I have been trying to portray these vibes since day 1:

Queen - The main character should be the base example of freeuse. A girl who doesn't mind if guys bang her, but in our case we introduce gameplay by making her business oriented. Queen will have sex with you for money.

Suki - Suki is chaos. She'll bang anyone, anywhere, anytime. Suki would technically be the actual base example of freeuse, but instead, I wrote her as a humiliator. She inflicts mental distress to others with the way she talks to them. Suki will have sex with you, but you better last.

Esxea - Esxea is our ignorant freeuse girl. Because the goblins are so accustomed to freeuse sex, Esxea doesn't know what guys outside of the morass like or dislike. She is easily put into comedic situations. Esxea will have sex with you, but you'll be doing all the work.

Scarlett - Scarlett is a high value girl put into a freeuse environment. She heavily dislikes banging random men, but enjoys sex when it is competitive. She will make sure everyone in the room wants her over the other girls. Scarlett will have sex with you, but it will be for her own personal gain.

Ardura - Ardura relies on man juice to power herself up. Her freeuse personality derives from a long lasting tradition of orc women using men to get stronger. Ardura will have sex with you, but you must satisfy her needs.

Natasha - Natasha's freeuse element is derived from her lack of sex. Not being around boys during school turned her into a inexperienced closet slut. She uses her magic to catch up to the level the other girls are at. An unfortunate side effect  is that she falls in love with every man she has sex with. Natasha will have sex with you, but she won't leave you alone.

Conclusion

As we move forward with side quests, I'm hoping I can write the girl's dialogue better and create stories that are fun and exciting to read!
