Therefore - if you see that your subscription on our private server was not renewed until the 04 day of the month - check the status of your payment. If everything is all right with him and he was successful - write us a private message about the problem. If the payment status is declined - check the availability of money in the account, the validity of a bank card, etc. sometimes the bank asks for confirmation of the first automatic payment to a new service or something like that. Several times we were told such cases. After you fix the problem, make sure that the payment is successful and write us a private message about it so that we can quickly renew your subscription.
