There was a tie between Serena, Dawn and Whitney with 6 votes each.
Whitney won this time for several reasons:
Serena and Dawn are in the last batch already.
And more importantly, majority of the votes for Whitney are $10+ pledgers.
I should've thought of it sooner but in the next one, $10 pledgerswill have + 1 vote extra for one of the characters they choose.
I will divide next one into categories and sometimes make a list. It'd be easier for you to decide and we'll avoid characters repeating often. I know there are many requests of characters that aren't so popular or little known, so it'd be difficult for them to be selected. There is always some charm of drawing fanart of characters who are in this situation, so what I can offer is making a category for them at some point.
Also if you didn't see it in the last post, sorry for the delay , Patreon is STILL collecting pledges so sending the latest pictures could take a bit more time. If it doesn't finish today, I'll send the content tomorrow no matter what, only thing is, I'd be grateful if you don't cancel until Patreon charges your pledge.

You could also have each $10 pledger add a plus or other symbol for their extra vote character. And I do like the characters for the new batch as well. I also noticed that you had mentioned payments hadn't been processed yet for some. Usually that's because credit cards got denied. You could send out the content in batches if you still want to send it out but only to the people who actually made a pledge, and hold off on the people who haven't pledged yet.
