Hope you guys like it, [Thug]+ tiers can start discussions in the "wallpaper-discussions" discord channel for the next wallpaper whenever. I'll give my opinions and then we can take it from there.

Mostly the same rule for the next one too, the wallpaper cannot be about something too far down the line (unless it's only suggestive).

I was originally going to post this when I set out all the new tier changes but since I don't plan on that till probably after the public release for v0.06, I decided to at least add the monthly wallpapers to [Goblin]+ for now and not wait till then to release this wallpaper since it's already done.
