ブラックさんは街に資源がある限り無尽蔵に補給して回復するため、
作戦が成功することは稀。
A speacial army unit organized to defeat the Black Ranger.
They use a special needles which include hypnotic.
It needs 100 needles to make her asleep. However, that requires 5,000 troopers.
As long as there are resources which can be her food in a city, she eats them and regains endlessly.
Therefore, the mission is rarely achieved.
