主人公たちが所属する対巨大娘組織・WDFの長官であり、同時に巨大娘でもあるレイナ長官です。
Here's Commissioner Reina from Skunks's indie game "Attack on Giantess," which I had the pleasure of doing all the CGs for in the past.
She's both the head commissioner of the anti-giantess defense organization that the protagonists work for, the "World Defence Force (W.D.F.)," as well as secretly a giantess herself.
