Both of those are valid reasons actually. There's a limited time available for each artworks so for pregnant versions i only have time to add-them-on-top of other version. If it doesn't looks right or the time is not enough it'll be skipped π€

I like my fuzzy ladys somewhat realistic with, like, your standard CT body-proprtions. How would you even have sex at this point when one boob alone is bigger than their entire body? I think cloth-alts would be way more unique and interesting than just cranking up the tit-size. Thats my take on it atleast. I will have to bow to the votes tho.
