I wanted some kind of proud walk through the airport, flanked by flight attendants, but ultimately it didn't lend itself well to the aspect ratio of the book page - three characters in a row would have to be shrunk down too much to fit into the frame, so I went for a more intimate cockpit view, which I think ended up working better, since we get to see him doing his job, as well as still showing off how popular he is with the gentlemen.
