Yesterday I did some tests and managed to swap the body during the pause / menu, during the game it probably uses some kind of file cache I just need to figure out where this file is. The skin swap is good idea for the option of tatoos or others. Clothes wise, maybe a nip slip version of the default costume is a simple mod I'm guessing to star off with?
