Spooktober is HERE! 🎃
The two poll winners were an absolute blast, and I had so much fun watching them! This week, I’m diving back into the AFI list, but as we get deeper into October, I’ll be keeping those spooky vibes alive! 👻 Keep a look out for other polls coming sooooon!
Monday: I’m hoping to hop on a quick live today to say hi! Maybe 2PM PST. It’s been a crazy month, and I haven’t managed to squeeze one in yet. For October's live, I’m thinking of playing a scary video game-what do you all think?
Tuesday: Tremors (1990) 🪱 This movie was SO MUCH FUN! The blend of comedy, sci-fi, and horror was perfect. I can totally see how this is nostalgic for so many people! I can’t wait to share my reaction with you all.
Thursday: Misery (1990) 🖤 This is a performance I’ve been dying to watch my whole life, and it did NOT disappoint! This movie hit all the marks for what I love-thrilling, intense, and absolutely gripping.
AFI Friday: #95 The Last Picture Show (1971) 🎥 I haven’t seen this one yet, so no spoilers, please! I literally just saw the cover for the first time as I posted it! Super excited to see Cybill Shepherd in this classic.

Peter Bogdanovich beginning his career with Targets, The Last picture Show, What’s Up, Doc? and Paper Moon in the span of five years is a crazy streak. They’re all amazing movies. I also don’t think any other reactor consistently maintains such a high standard or exciting range of movies on their channel. Keep ‘em coming, Ames!
