This is my favorite of the Shrek movies. The DVD version had this extra feature called Far Far Away Idol with a singing competition between the main characters and you get to pick the winner... one of the judges is Simon Cowell. Shrek 3 is okay, though it does have its moments. Shrek 4 was actually pretty good. The first Puss in Boots movie is good, but The Last Wish is way better than it had any right to be and hope it makes the channel.

2024-08-22 22:11:11 +0000 UTCDonkey’s line “I’m coming Elizabeth” was a reference to Fred Sanford in the TV show Sanford and Son. He would grab his chest and say the line to his late wife several times through the series. Fred was played by Eddie Murphy’s friend and legendary comedien Red Foxx.
