Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975) Watch along

Hi everyone!

This movie is so awesome! I can see why it won the poll and why so many people love it! I love how silly it is and some of the comedy in this is pure GOLD!!

I had to stop to grab water and check my comp for over heating- I restarted with an un-blurred box but the movie flow is fine you won’t need pause because I timed it right!

I’m sorry for the recent tech difficulties with sound. I ran tests all day yesterday and I think the problem is my computer is over heating. Doesn’t help with the hot weather we have been having here, studio lighting and my room heat was also on! 🤯🤡 My computer is bad ass but I think the laptop is just starting to not be able to handle running OBS (despite so many work arounds) and so I am going to upgrade to a high powered PC hopefully asap. Like tomorrow?? Haha! Just finalizing my pick for the PC I want after researching and chatting with my computer/engineer/SPFX video editor friends 😂 apparently overheating is a thing!

I’m lucky to have gone so long without major issues! I’m very thankful ❤️

You guys are the best!

Xx

I have seen this countless times since it was first in the theater, and it's still hysterical. And every now and then I'll still see something new!

So many good scenes I literally need to revisit already it’s non stop fun!

The dialogue is too good, 😂! King Arthur : I am your king. Woman : Well, I didn't vote for you. King Arthur : You don't vote for kings. Woman : Well how'd you become king then? [Angelic music plays...] King Arthur : The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your king. Dennis : Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Dennis : You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you.
