Post Apocalypse 3: Mercenaries - Samurai Loyalty Reward - May's Previews!

Hello Patrons!

How are you liking the Samurai released this month? We've seen a bunch of patrons take to our Discord to immediately begin kitbashing sci-fi and fantasy figures using them, which is great to see!

It's time to reveal what we've been cooking up for May;

Post Apocalypse 3: Mercenaries

Next month sees Staffer Dan back at the helm with a follow-up to the previous PostApoc month. This time the clean fatigues of the Gorka suit are marred by battle damage, and up-armoured with custom plates and padding! In the wasteland there's always a need for protection as supplies are moved from point A - to - B, and that's when you hire an experienced merc squad.

These survivors wear their scars with pride. Despite their scrappy appearance these mercenaries are well-equipped professionals, and are compensated handsomely for their expertise and knowledge.

Every member of the team is specialised for their role, be that far-ranging scouts or brutal close combat guardians. Their signature AKM rifles can be modified as befits their preferred style of combat, a flash suppressor for more stealth in the dark, or a flamethrower for when the terrors get too close, and only fire proves to be a ally against destruction.

Finally, there are the brave (or the foolhardy), who are willing to take up the shield and the sword against the monsters and madmen, that might assail their employers. As the final line of defence, these dedicated melee experts can stand as a bulwark against their enemies, allowing others the opportunity to flank, or retreat to a better position.

We hope these teasers for next month's PostApoc have got you short on breath for next week's full reveal... or maybe that's the air filter wearing out? Probably should swap that out for a new one...

Samurai Loyalty Rewards

In this loyalty pack, that will be given to everyone that supports us in May, you'll find a third style of samurai torso, the iconic Ō-yoroi lamellar armour and the Jingasa hat. These armour options are complimented by an expanded range of melee options that mirror those found in the main pack. This time however, it is the mighty Naginata polearm (in various forms) that you'll have for your foot soldiers, as well as a rare, and specialised kind of hand cannon; the Ishibiya!

There's 28 (!) new modular parts included, giving you the options for a more specialised melee army with multiple bladed weapons, or some heavy fire-support infantry to add to your gunline!
