While I'm working away on A Very Confuse Pokémon Adventure, which should be out tomorrow (I've already got it written, it just needs its editing pass), I stopped in to announce the winner for The First Displaced Hero Relationship Poll. There will be another poll up for Round 2 in a few days, but I'll wait until after Pokémon Adventure releases tomorrow to post it. So, first, a look at the results:

You guys managed to surprise me again *insert anime sweat drop*. I'm not even sure if it's because you're bigger perverts than expected, or lesser? I'd honestly sort of expected that you'd be all for getting the sexy bunnygirl secretary in on the fun by pairing her with Sabé and having them engage in stress-relief shenanigans with the main group. But, instead, the majority of people just wanted to bundle Sabé up into the main pairing entirely? I guess the temptation of a Padmé body double with a mischievous streak being directly in the harem was just too great!
Ah, well. I may have to scrub my plans for Asora (poor Asora), but if people want it that much, then who I am to say no? Sabé is fun to write, and having her actively egging Padmé on will actually make it easier to write Padmé into the pairing anyway. So it's hardly an imposition on me. If it was going to be, I'd never have made it an option ;-). Alright! So, official declaration time! The planned pairing as it stands right now is:
Izuku/Aayla/Mei/Padmé/Sabé/?/?
Note that the two question marks represent the maximum size the pairing may grow to, and it's only still two since I promised Sabé wouldn't count against the total if she got included in the main pairing. A promise I made due to a lot of people expressing concerns that including any of the Handmaidens would limit other options. I honestly think six girls might be stretching things a bit, but I can manage it in this specific setting if people really want it. Mostly since, unlike a setting like One Piece, Star Wars more easily allows me to chop them up into groups that aren't together all of the time.
Keep an eye out for the next poll to start up in 2-3 days, which will determine if Shaak Ti or Ventress will be added to the pairing! That poll (the second) will run through the end of the month, with a single final poll (the third) to determine who (if anyone) will fill the last position set to run next month. Also, remember that you're free to suggest age appropriate characters that could join the poll if you can think of any! There honestly aren't that many developed characters within the right age ranges that I haven't already included, since we're still Pre-Clone Wars. A few, I admit I've already rejected as I don't think they'd fit (Luminara Unduli was specifically considered but deemed too straight laced), but I'm open to new suggestions!

As I mentioned just now (after you posted this) to Matthew Robar...I've already pulled the stasis-through-time thing twice :-p. With Celeste Morne and Ood Bnar. I'm less willing to try a third, as it stretches credibility a lot more. Particularly since those two, at least, were canonically (EU/Legends) established as actually in their unique forms of stasis. I just moved when they got woken up. Someone would need to make a really good argument for how a specific character would improve the story. Not make it easier for the heroes. I'll never include fleet killer super weapons and the like as they are, frankly, terrible writing. But an argument that legitimately makes the STORY better. As for Mega Milk, various Dathomir, etc. All of those are OCs, and I try not to get OCs mixed up in pairings. Asora was the closest I was willing to go with that, and even she wouldn't have been part of the main pairing, but adjacent to it with Sabe. Aurra Sing...is iffy. Read my reply about her to Keht Jelicho for why. If I went with her Legends version, it's at least plausible. But I'm not sure if there's a strong argument for including her as a part of the pairing. Possibly as a related character, but I'm not sure she fits with the group as part of the main pairing. I'd listen to arguments in favor, and add her to the poll if there are convincing ones. Sev'rance Tann is actually more of a possibility, but I legitimately know almost nothing about her. So I'm unsure how good of one.

2025-04-07 03:39:08 +0000 UTC...You remember this is IZUKU, right? He's not going to get along well with dark or grey moralities. If they could be redeemed away from it, sure. But there aren't an overabundance of those. Aurra Sing is...honestly it very much depends on if I went with the Legends or Canon version. The Legends version MIGHT quality. The Canon version absolutely would not. Legends had her fall as the result of a series of tragedies and being kidnapped and not recovered. The Canon version deliberatley left the Jedi Order specifically to become a bounty hunter 'just because' being a rare case of willfully choosing amorality over either light or dark. Asora might still get a background pairing. She just won't get any sexy/kinky shenanigans screentime :-p. Arla Fett...shhhhh. Stop sneaking peeks at my list of potential plot threads and leaking them like that!

2025-04-07 03:28:22 +0000 UTCMh as mister Matthew robar said people from the past we don't actually known to have died could work it could bring in some weird but interesting interaction like female any of the star wars old republic "main" or side characters besides hyperdrive malfunction or infinity gate incident just some stasis chamber could work for that ..... If that is an idea you be okay with then I personally would like a "good" aligned sith Inquisitor/sorcerer preferred as a sith pureblood alternatively ratattaki or red twilek this one could have chosen to go into stasis after the whole eternal empire thing this would be interesting .... Or a chiss Imperial Agent who had that whole hyperdrive malfunction/infinity gate incident thing (that ship just looks cool) who could have some real interesting information on possible still hidden caches deep in narshada/coruscont or on some remote planet/hidden space station or info on old designs like hk47 or that fleet destroyer weapon the sith empire had or tech info of the eternal empire or you know remid people that korriban and dromondkas still exist and as a chiss that the chiss acandency should probably still exists..... And there are a lot of other characters you could use from that time As for not past characters how about mega milk get another tech waifu then we have two force waifus ,two politic waifus and two tech waifus .... Or for your whole now force order thing you could go with that dathomir Padawan and try to get the dathomir witches into your "new order"(heh) Or Aurora sing somehow don't know how or if that would even work but it is an idea... There is sev'rance tann a force sensitive chiss who originally joined doku somehow also an idea... Mh I would normally also say bo-katan kryse but you already killed her off mh perhaps there is some other mandalorien that could work.... So these are some ideas I do personally like the out of time thing even if you have some of that already going on....

2025-04-07 02:53:29 +0000 UTCWith Ventress being introduced before Falling/getting trained by Dooku/Tyranus, then what about someone who is more on the dark side/would be controversial. Aurra Sing, of she's old enough (I honestly do not know her age, but kind of put her around the same age as Ventress and you're having Ventress as an option. She might also not have left the jedi yet (or has left them during/because of this war/the ripples caused by Izuku). I just know she is force sensitive and is explicitly known for ranged weaponry and eventually has serious issues with the Jedi Order. As for Asora, what about pairing her with Mei's assistant/minder? That might could work. Alternatively there are other Handmaidens that could be paired with Asora. ... or to throw something way out of left field: what about having her gunning for Obi-wan once he and/or anakin finally meet/become involved with Izuku's story. Basically I am just saying I still hope for a background romance for Asora to happen even if she's not going to be included as part of the harem/polycule. If you want to really screw with the Mandalorians/Clones/Jango and/or Boba Fett, then maybe Arla Fett could be introduced. Jango never knew she survived as far as I know, but I believe she should currently be in republic custody at a mental institution after being held captive, tortured and branded by Death Watch and brainwashed/forced to be an assassin for them. She was either sold as a slave by death watch or was captured on a mission or something in the middle there too, I just remember that she was a slave at some point. I could see Fay being helpful for her recovery if she somehow was to get free of the mental institution. And if Jango was to learn of Izuku/Fay/Aayla and etc helping her that could lead to interesting scenes. With or without Arla being a romance interest, the capture and treatment under Death Watch, and the Slavery and etc, I could see her getting very behind the anti-slavery stance and supporting Izuku's efforts even with the Force and jedi being involved and against anything her brother might have to say about them. Though, with Jango having had his own experiences of being sold into slavery, a case could be made that he could be brought around at some point. Mainly I just want to see how the clones would react if their "sister" became a big name and they were eventually ordered to face her/the side she is part of.
