I’m with my family for the week — I haven’t seen my parents since Thanksgiving, which is a really long time for me, and I decided it was best for my mental health if I wasn’t completely alone up in Minnesota for a little bit! So yesterday we went to a secluded beach and I turned what would’ve been a daunting experience of trying to swim in the ocean for the first time since losing my vision, into a fun photoshoot as one of my favorite characters! This is just a quick phone edit — the sun was basically set by the time we were shooting! It was also thunder and lightning a few miles out into the ocean — too bad we couldn’t capture that on camera!!
