Yesterday was a lot of fun! If you caught my Instagram stories on my main account, I showed my process of making this costume in about three hours (plus an hour to get ready!) after spending a few hours of thrift shopping — I had wanted to make Peggy’s blue outfit from the show but finding a red fedora wasn’t going to happen!
- basically my Grandma invited my mom and me out to the Swing Dance night yesterday morning, and so I dropped everything I was SUPPOSED to be doing with my Saturday and made this LOL! I’m so glad I did though— it’s in these moments that I don’t feel like my blindness (and depression from going blind) affects me as much and that I’m the same person I’ve always been! And right now I REALLY need those kind of self-care moments, you know?
So this definitely wasn’t planned content for Patreon or anything but I wanted to share anyway!
