Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. I think I saw in one of your comments that you're dealing with some family health issues. I went through a very terrible experience like that until a few years ago. I won't say anything corny like "It was the best thing that ever happened to me" -- it was awful and I wouldn't wish it on anyone -- but as a very small side benefit it definitely caused me to reset my priorities and expectations for my life. Anyway, please try and take care of yourself in spite of whatever happens. I relied on alcohol to cope and it was a huge mistake. I hope you can deal with it in a healthier way than I did.

Without going into details at this time, I was dealing with a lot of stuff on a personal level this weekend and y’all cheered me up. Thank you for giving me a reason to smile. Humor is my defense mechanism. You probably noticed that during the chat. I truly do love to make people laugh and smile, but sometimes it’s to help me not to be sad or depressed.

Ya both show seems up my alley! But I feel like I would Love Sopranos - And I have heard everyone loves "Better Call Saul". As for the Portuguese Spanish thing - I can understand most Spanish. My cousins in Portugal say that most people just speak whichever one to each other and respond back in theirs. So like her mother in law has lived in Portgual for 20 years and is from Spain and never learnt Portuguese (cause its a harder accent most people even Spanish speakers have a hard time with it) So she just speaks Portuguese to her and her MIL responds in Spanish LOLOLOL

Had this on in the background like a podcast, it was fun I must be the most old-school, hardass Star Wars fan out there 🤣🤣 I disown the prequels (saw each once for goodwill), no interest in the sequels. I even disown the 90s special editions, for me the originals are it. It's a crime against cinema that Lucas hasn't made any effort to restore them. (Like some ppl said, the 90s books by Timothy Zahn are pretty good) Cool to hear that you're a sport fan. I have a buddy obsessed with hockey, for him Slapshot is the greatest movie of all time LOL Haven't seen it, would be cool to watch it with you About Joker -- it's ok, but I really hope you watch Scorsese's Taxi Driver and King of Comedy first (unpopular opinion: KoC is my favorite Marty/DeNiro collab). Necessary background, I think Sopranos vs Breaking Bad: I honestly think you'd like Sopranos better, fits with your vibe/tastes more. But BB is also so good... (and I actually think the prequel Better Call Saul is even better; prequels usually suck, so the skill the writers used to maintain interest still blows me away). Can't go wrong with either one though, Sopranos is absolutely fantastic Can you understand Spanish? A Spanish speaker told me he could understand Portuguese but had a hard time making himself understood
