We absolutely enjoyed all 3 Lives today! First, we celebrate BTS’ very first time winning #1 on Billboards Hot 100 for Dynamite!! 🎆🙌 The awesome part was that they got this huge achievement on Jungkook’s birthday, so we celebrated it all together on this LIVE.
We also have the LIVE titled “JwiJJwanBooKkweoh” 1 and 2. 😂😂 It’s JK, V, Jin, and Jhope sharing their thoughts with us before their PTD Concert in Seoul. Their very first time meeting ARMY again since the pandemic. We got to see all their excitement as well as concerns for the big day! JwiJJwanBooKkw

the fact jimin was really trying to tell us that he was with jungkook alone on his birthday and that he was the one who told jungkook about the hot 100 but he kept getting talked over, so he made sure to make it clear and obvious in the press conference the next day that they were together

2023-06-30 10:42:12 +0000 UTCYes, we will be prepared, and I think the best way is to travel first to Korea and then apply again for a visa to get an ME [Multiple Entries - which usually lasts up to 5 years.] And I will be travelling probably this year or next year, if I'm lucky enough I can get a Multiple Visa instead of a Single-Entry since I've been to Korea already. BEST OF LUCK TO THE BOTH OF US!!!

Will do that moving forward for BTS comeback activities/concerts in 2025 or before 2024 Festa. I will be prepared next time.

Question of the day: What was your favorite year as ARMY? - As a baby ARMY, this year 2023 - because I was able to first-hand experience being a fangirl and I will be here until BTS returns, until they are active as an artists I will be here. Regarding the cuss word that they were saying you can watch SugArmyy's edited video with explanation about this, it's hilarious. By the way, the insider jokes and cuss word jokes of BTS - there is one way to learn them, watch Korean Drama... like a lot hahaha. I'm devastated because visa appointmen for application here in the Philippines has always been fully booked since June. The next slot is August. I think there are way too many Filipinos who are going there. And I'm not one of them. :( If only I can find a way to travel to South Korea without a Visa like maybe go to Jeju Island first since that's one of the only three destinations in Korea that's Visa free. Then travel to Seoul from there. But I might get in trouble though. Omg. I don't know what to do...

2023-06-29 07:18:29 +0000 UTCKekeke familia I was laughing along with you. These lives are some of my fav’s to re-watch as they have so much serotonin in them. In the Dynamite No1/JK birthday live you could see how some members were emotional and how some were euphoric. Yoongi’s excitement was so contagious as was Namjoon’s, whereas you could see Jimin and Tae were still emotional, touched and processing it. The Jin, Hobi, Tae and JK live is chock full of Korean cultural references from TV shows, like the Korean version of SNL, to hip Korean slang, to words that sound like curse words and Korean fortune telling culture. First of all I wish the subs would sometimes give explanations for I-army as sometimes they sadly miss out, also the subs sometimes have to be on the conservative side and gloss over things and to be politically correct. In the case of the slang and curse words especially etc. Sometimes even small things like Queen turning into Q lol. Jin here accidentally call Tae, Hyung hence Tae acting like an older Hyung by kissing his head. Tae didn’t curse but was very close to it by changing the word he said to shoe. Jin did however accidentally curse. The second one Tae’s pronunciation’s ‘these days’ was similar to ‘son of a ‘. The fortunetelling Tae and JK were talking about is Saju fortune. Since Saju fortune isn’t popular outside of Korea most are unfamiliar with it. In Korea it’s very popular to go to a fortune tellers for timing of important decisions, like studying, marriage, compatibility, moving jobs, houses, before a big events etc and to get your fortune told each year. It’s such an ingrained part of Korean culture and so many tv programmes dedicated to it so it’s fascinating. There are Saju cafes etc. Saju fortune means four pillars and basically uses your date and time of birth, your name etc and Chinese astrological charts etc to analyse your cosmic energy. It’s kinda like statistics based on planetary charts when you were born. Everyone is basically a combination of Wood, Water, Metal, Earth and Fire. With Yin or yang energy. With some characteristics being more than others, and most lacking a combination of some to some degrees. Some people go as far as even changing names etc after a reading. I don’t know if you remember the MBTI episode but Tae and JK talked about it there too. According to Saju fortune Tae has a lot of water characters in his fortune but lacks fire. Where as JK has a lot of fire characters but lacks water. It’s cute that this convo is included In the seom. It’s fascinating that western culture doesn’t really have an equivalent. Seeing Jin and Hobi was such a mood boost too as like most ARMY I am especially missing them. The Yoongi Namjoon and Jimin one prior to this was a good one too. Thanks for this fun reliving of these vlives. 💜

Btw, that one part where you asked why Tae sniffed Jin's hair. It wasn't put in the captions for some reason but I'm pretty sure Tae accidentally called Jin "Hyung" and thats why they were cracking up afterward LOL. Then he proceeds to kiss Jin's forehead like a "hyung" would do to a younger brother. They're SO FUNNY I SWEAR

I would've payed to see their initial reaction to finding out first thing, but yk obviously that's a private moment and I'm so happy they got to share that together as a team. The whole time I was watching yoongi's excitement bc it was PRICELESS. I was also looking at Jimin staying kinda quiet, staring at his phone looking at the billboard screenshot and thinking that 3 years later he'd be the first Korean soloist to get #1 on billboard. He would've never imagined.

2023-06-29 02:13:07 +0000 UTCjust a few things about the taejinkoobi live: - the title is supposed to be 1 syllable from each of their names like jwe for jwehope, jjwan for jin, voo for v, kkuo for kook. idk when it started but we’ve always heard the members call each other by these nicknames, especially jin and hobi calling each other jjwan and jwehope (an example i will always hold dear to my heart is when hobi was waking jin up on in the soop s2 and he stood over jin’s bed and just said jjwaaaaaan in his deep morning voice to ask him to go running lmao); i’ve also heard hobi call jimin jjaman; as for tae, i’ve heard the members call him other vowel variations of v (so instead of vee, they say voo or voh, etc) - jungkook was looking at jin’s hotdog not bc he was hungry (maybe he was too lol) but bc jin opened an army bomb strap(?) and used that as tissue to wrap around his food so that he didn’t have to get his fingers greasy - they started talking about how young people speak nowadays and i’m in no way fluent in korean but the only comparison i can think of when they were using “king” in front of words is for example if you say “slaytastic” instead of fantastic or “slaymazing” instead of amazing (i know nobody says those lol but i’m just trying to show examples of them replacing the beginning of words; but as for what “king” means or what meaning it gives the new word, i’m not sure) - re: the “bad word” they were talking about, idk if what was said at snl really was a cuss word but with what tae said (sin-bal-la-ma), the first 2 syllables (sinbal) mean shoes in korean but it sounds similar to the korean f word (sh*bal) so when tae said sin-bal-la-ma, although he didn’t technically swear, it sounded tooooo close to sh*bal so the other 3 were so shocked looool - idk if tae was sniffing jin’s hair or kissing his head but whatever it was, he did it to act like an older brother bc jin accidentally called him v hyung (sucks that these subs didn’t add “hyung” but some lives do when members call older members hyung) - when they were talking about “games these days”, in korean it could sound like they’re saying saekki which is why they were telling each other to say it slowly. the word could be used innocently to mean baby animal but it could also be used as a cuss word to mean son of a b- (hence why jin was giving examples like tiger baby, my baby is pretty, etc but when he said dog baby he quickly took it back like oh wait that could be a bad word since female dogs are known to be called the b word LOL and when hobi called him jin baby he was like ohh now THAT is bad 😭)
