BTS has become such a big part of my life, that I feel like I'm sort of losing them. We have less than 2 weeks until Jin will go, I hope he'll do a live and greet us before he does. But I'm so, so happy that the Tannies and BigHit took this matter into their own hands, instead of waiting for the SK politicians to do it! Now the government can't take advantages of the boys anymore. This was such a boss move from BTS and BigHit!! But I'm scared about how the Tannies will be treated when they'll do their military service. The boys never really go out without security guards. BigHit will surely do everything in their power to keep them safe. But I think the military is also going to have to provide major security for the members. We've seen cases of harrasment etc. before with other artists such as GD. Who knows what will happen if BTS get hurt or harrassed. SK might have to deal with the potential of boycotts. They are already losing money with this announcement. No matter what, I just hope the Tannies will be safe and sound. There will be a riot if ARMY's hear about the members being mistreated during their military service. I promise to wait and I'll stay with them forever. I will support all their individual projects during these 2 years. We will miss them all so much, and we will wait for them to return to us. #ARMYFOREVERBANGTANFOREVER πππππππ

2022-10-21 00:33:13 +0000 UTCalso ik this is off topic, but you guys should check out jin on youngjiβs show called βno prepareβ the episode just dropped today on youtube, and it was SO chaotic (the premise of the show is youngji, who is very chaotic, interviewing diff idols and guests, but both youngji and the guests end up drunk by then end of it) , itβs very funny, & im sure it would cheer u guys up!

As someone who saw all the bullshxt that they put the boys through, both their government, the media and even people in the same industry, I just felt relieved that it's all over now.. Their name and status have been used and taken advantage of time after time again since 2018 when the talk of exemption came up. Even though the boys did not ask for anything, they have been getting all the hate from the public and it's just furious and painful to witness all these years.. Although it's sad and confusing, i believe this is really the best road to take familia. This way they wouldn't owe anyone anything and they will not be used for other's personal gain. They wouldn't get backlash from the public as well and will not be thought as getting preferential treatment. Being outside of the korean context, this is really such a sensitive topic. No matter how all of us international fans and media thinks that this is so unfair given what BTS have done for Korea, our opinions are foreign to the korean history and law. Dont worry. Time will fly by. Next thing we know it's already 2025 and we're back right where we left off.. :) For the meantime, let's all focus on their solo activities that they will drop and also focus on our own personal growths. That way we'll be able to share more stories with the boys when we meet them again.. :) It's okay to feel sad and down. I mean they haven't even left yet and I miss them already.. but lets pray for their health and safety during their service and show them they always have us as their home to come back to.. :)

The boys have said it's their duty to serve and I believe they are proud to do their part as any male citizen would for their country. It will be a void for a temporary period but I want to focus on them coming back more than them being away. Honestly it is much easier said than done. Today I was just watching their performance for Zero O'clock and watching my vocal line singing together, I can't help it but tears fell just like that cos the song itself, asking us 'Are you gonna be happy?' .. and then seeing Jin gazing at the maknae line as he sang his part, I'm already missing him.. made me cry even more. I thought I was doing okay. But I foresee, once in a while, when that longing feeling of missing them washes over me, I think I will cry out of the blue again. But I will be fine. We all can be okay. We must trust the boys with their decision and hang in there for this period of time. For me, personally, I've grown up with the idea of military service as part of the norm cos it exists in my country too. All boys are to serve their national service when they turn 18. They can only defer it if they continue their tertiary education. Otherwise, as soon as they finish, they have to do it. My son receive a letter by the government a few days after he was born informing me of his duty to serve later when he is 18. Every boy gets that letter. So by right, I should be okay.. cos I've seen all my male friends did it. Nonetheless, I can't deny the mixed feelings. I know they will be okay. It's the missing them part that will be tough. We'll get through it familia!

QOTD: I honestly teared up when I first read the news because damn I am going to miss them so much but I quickly got myself together. It is the boys' choice and I am glad they took the initiative and not let the unfair and greedy gov play them around anymore. The members have been looking happy recently which I am so grateful for because I always pray for their happiness. Before we know it, the time will fly very quickly and they'll be back again! We're gonn abe absolutely fine, sometimes it might get hard but we'll get through it, just know that we have each other. Let us trust and pray for them! Actually I was surprised to hear they can reunite as a group after 3years There was a band I reallly like 8 years ago and it took them 5 years to reunite But let me tell you time fly!!!! But I also felt relieved because they won't receive any bad words from haters saying they're trying to avoid national duty(which wasn't true at all). And to me it seems their hiatus won't be that long(about 2.5 years) which means they also want to come back to us as a complete group asap so I'm grateful for thatπ We still have other members' solos coming and I'm sure that bighit will prepare a bunch of contents to feed us while they're gone. I just hope none of them get any injuries. That's my only wish.

Especially Yoongi, he laughed so much this episode and it warmed my heart!!! Love the moment where him and Joon laughed looking at each other, it's simple but i find it adorable!! And obviously Hobi was going to take a bunch of pictures, btw he filmed Jimin getting up on the hammock using pure core strength he posted on Twitter on his birthday!!! And familia, you asked us but want to ask you too, how are you feeling?? I felt you a little down this video but i mean, i think it's impossible not to be :(( But let's take one step at time, focus on now, tomorrow we have Jin on Youngji's show (which would love to watch with you too), Jin's solo is coming up, did you see it's with Coldplay?? And we'll have a bunch more content I'm sure!!! Let's focus on now, also it's not like we won't see Jin or any of them when they are there, they are allowed to post on social media on breaks!!! Once the members started talking about solo projects and stuff like that I figured it was for them to complete their service. I am glad they are doing it in rounds it seems so we will always have some content. I look at this as an opportunity for new ARMY to catch up on all the different content, and for us older ARMY to rewatch and also catch up on things we missed. I think the time will go by faster than we think and it will be all good. We will all be waiting here for them when they return as a group. Until then I look forward to all the new and exciting things the members have in store for us while we wait for group activities again!!!!!

2022-10-20 00:58:02 +0000 UTChi familia! just wanted to let you guys know that you've been part of my bts journey since i first became an army 3 1/2 years ago and you will continue to be part of my bts journey throughout this waiting period into 2025! there's so much to react to still and i hope we get to continue to keep each other company by watching/rewatching bts stuff while we wait for solo work and the reunion in 2025! so so proud of the boys for making this hard decision after years of the media and the government not making it easy for them. whatever decision they make for themselves is the right one! it's only up from here, familia!
