We have been anticipating this album for some time because you guys let us know that if we want to experience the old school BTS era, this was the perfect album to listen to. We are ready for this versatility!

Mexinese family if you check the making video of making of Danger in the moment when Tae cutting hair in fact this is a wig but the moment he cut he cut his own hair accidentally and after this he covered his face because he was embarrassed to his mistake and when you say Tae with raspy voice you are wrong because it Jimin in his old era he has a raspy voice and Tae has a growl voice

The problem with replacing the live performances with just a concert from that time period is that their concerts dont include every song from the album they are promoting at that time, and it contains songs from other past albums. So its better to just do live performances in my opinion. Also there is so much content from not only MVS, but Japanese MVS, other versions of songs (ie. Danger featuring Thanh), dance practices, live performances, album reviews/unboxing, and so forth. Maybe you could do like mini series in the future for things you miss during these album reactions like where you react to dance practices from beginning-current as an example. Honestly the content is endless. If you added everything to these album reactions you'd be watching for hours on end for just one album xD

2021-02-01 20:06:33 +0000 UTC- I actually enjoy your current method of album reaction, going through the lyrics, then a live performance - watching a concert would be nice, but that could be saved for a secondary video - QOTD - it's really hard to pin down just one song, as I feel this is one of their most interesting and gritty albums, but if I absolutely had to point at one and say it impacted so much, that I remember the first time I ever heard it, and was surprised by it, was Cypher 3 - for me, it is by far their best Cypher, and I was not quite ready for how hard hitting it turned out to be

2021-02-01 17:54:04 +0000 UTC"war of hormone" is a song that expresses inner mind conflicts that a teenage boy goes through. The lyrics represent the "thoughts", not "action". The only time the lyrics represent the actual "action" is in the lyrics "I want to come close to you but you are too beautiful". I think the lyrics are quite fitting for the concept as every teenage boy goes through those raging emotions and that's when they start learning to control their primal urge and become a mature man.

Also, I wanted to say, do you guys remember tae saying that the reason he named his self composed song "blue and grey" is because blue represents sorrow and he was inspired by namjoon's usage of colour "grey" to express sadness. It is very evident in the song "rain", namjoon uses the colour "grey" many times to describe his sorrow.

2021-02-01 12:37:31 +0000 UTCOn a different perspective and as a woman, no matter how many times I read the lyrics to WoH, i never got that "objectifying of women" or being "misogynistic" message to it.. The title itself gives away the meaning of the song, teenagers and their hormones. I feel like the way they also sang it is kind of satirical on teenagers who are experiencing certain emotions and urges due to their hormones. But I respect your opinion and I don't want to tell armys that they are wrong for thinking negatively about the song. To each our own. But I think what's important is the boys learned a lot and have taken the criticisms into consideration so they dont hurt or offend anyone unintentionally again.

They got a lot of hate back in 2016 for random reasons since they were just starting to do well and people didn’t like it

2021-02-01 11:27:33 +0000 UTCI personally don't agree that War of Hormone has a "good message". It's extremely objectifying of women and all the lyrics is about a girl's looks. We live in a patriarchy where women's value lies in her looks, so unfortunately these types of lyrics and just ideas are not unique. I think it's important to, even when you are a huge fan and love the members, still think critically and not be too biased. That being said the song is really catchy!

I think it’s a lot more fun watching you guys do the live performances right after the lyrics with a fresh mind, also some live performances are better than their concert counterparts sometimes (better camera/sound quality) and also there’s always songs that are performed differently during concerts (like remixes) instead of the “original” performances. That’s just me tho, loving these reactions either way!

Every Monday morning I get my own physical copy of the album out to have in front of me while I watch these 😂 I like looking at the pictures and tracklist as we go along 😂😂 Anyway looking forward to next week. Blanket Kick is adorable and there are sooo many iconic live performances of it. I also recommend the dance practice to that, it's cute and funny. Oh also I really really like how you do the reaction now, song by song, I think it's better this way then you've still got the lyrics (roughly) in your head whilst watching the next performance. Also my OCD prefers it this way! 😂 But completely fine if you prefer to change it 💜

2021-02-01 09:24:06 +0000 UTCwar of hormone is a bop not gonna lie. but just gotta let you know that the boys got so much hate because of that song. the lyrics are somewhat misogynistic. as far as I remember, korean armys (not all) at that time requested bts and bighit to explain the misogynistic lyrics. bighit responded and acknowledged that some of the lyrics could be perceived as misogynistic, regardless the intention of the creator. they (bh and bts) are very apologetic about that. namjoon said that he has lost sleep due to guilt and embarrassment for having stirred such a dispute. he even once said that since this incident, he always consulted the expertise of women's study professor for his lyrics. tony jones (one of bts' mentor in American Hustle Life) confirmed that this song was created out of bts' experience in the show when they interacted with the ladies. but it's ironic since they acted the opposite during the show where they were super awkward around the ladies.

I like that you mix the lyrics with the live performance. I think just lyrics would drag. Reading the lyrics and immediately watching the videos adds context to the lyrics.

I can honestly say it was one of the funnest concerts Ive been to even though it was in a really small venue, the boys have always had that amazing energy and they made the crowd feel 10 times bigger. Cypher pt. 3 live is probably the most lit performance Ive ever been in. I got to do the Hi-touch and shake hands with them afterwards and that was a whole experience on its own. But recently seeing them perform during the SY Tour in the Rose Bowl brought tears to me eyes, their journey is something I will never regret being a part of. Thanks for the fun reactions, love them every time <3

2021-02-01 04:29:54 +0000 UTCahhh okay my favorite track from dark and wild has got to be cyper 3, i love it so much omg!! hiphop phile is pronounce like 'file' also, you could see in one of the performance clips as well as the let me know performance and the rain performance, that even when this album was released, army bombs didn't exsist yet, so the audience members had glowsticks instead. As for the reaction style, i really think you guys should stick to watching the live performance after listening to the song, but i also HIGHLY suggest you watch some concerts, maybe as the next 'series' after listening to the albums? i can't express enough how much you guys would love the musters, theyre full of special performances, on stage skits/games like they play in run bts, plus recorded skits like house of army!! pls consider watching the musters!! i can only find the 3rd 4th and 5th musters on qdeoks' site but maybe other familia reading this knows where to find the 1st and 2nd? https://www.rubberdeokies.com/contentlist

Absolutely amazing! Rain is so good, fo me it's so underrated because there a vibe so good and there's people that don't appreciate it enough!!! AND Cypher pt3, for me it's one of the best, i really love it so much! And while a concert is never a bad option (I mean, you're always going to get a show), you'll be missing out on the most spectacular instances of each performance. Plus concerts throw in a lot of extras. I mean, I'm all for you watching more concert DVDs. But not in place of what you're doing now. Maybe do a concert series later. That's my preference. I really just think you'll miss a lot of their top tier, iconic stages if you watch a single concert for all of them. Plus doing it right after the song means the lyrics are still fresh in your head.

The concert idea sounds like a great idea btw, It would be killing two birds with one stone because you wouldnt have to go back and watch those concerts in the future! It's hard to answer 😭 cause it depends on my mood. 🤣 anyway, for me, i think it's better the way you do it. like you watch the performance every song. cause if it's concert, they're mixed with other songs. And then, you can watch the concerts when you finish the albums I guess. And also, some performances are different. So I choose the one what you're doing. Song and then performance.
